How to exercise while pregnant
Exercise is very important while you are pregnant, no matter what you have heard from family and friends. Many women today believe they should lie around the house and be waited on hand and foot during their months of pregnancy, however, this is so far from the truth. Healthy exercise during pregnancy, will not only keep you fit, but can also aid in the delivery of your baby.
Exercise in moderation Moderate exercise, nothing strenuous is recommended. Many women are already on an exercise program when they learn they are pregnant. In most cases, it is fine to keep up with your normal exercise routine and recreation activities unless it is something like mountain climbing. However, you should always discuss your recreation activities and exercise routine over with your physician to ensure it is safe for baby.
