- There is no way you can lose your belly fat only by practicing sport. Without a proper diet you'll see no results. A clean diet of low fat, high protein intake together with cardio activities and abs training should give lean looking abs in very quick time.
- A proper diet has to be low in calories. The number of the calories you eat has to be less than the number of those burned during sport. Only this way the body will start using the fat storage.
- Don't starve yourself to death. It will do you no good and you will be just too weak do practice sport or do anything else. Eat vegetables, grills, fruits and fish. Give up fast food, sugar, microwave food, cola.
